How do I join Larine Rewards?

How can I earn credits?
Earn credits by signing up, making purchases, and more! Check out the "Earn While You Clean" section for details.
How do I redeem my credits?
Log in, visit your dashboard, and select the "Cash In, Level Up" section to redeem your credits.
Where can I see my credits balance?
First, log in to your account! Your credits balance will be highlighted at the top of the loyalty page, account dashboard or at checkout.
Do my credits expire?
Credits will expire after one year if there isn't any account activity.
Do my rewards expire?
Rewards will not expire after the rewards are activated in the account.
What happens to my credits if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the credits you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
When do I get my birthday gift?
On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday credit will be delayed is if your birthday is within 1 day from the day you entered it.
I forgot to use my credits at Checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
No, unfortunately credits cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made.
