REFUND POLICY

At Larine®, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing all refund requests. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.


1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

(First Purchase Per Product, Per Household Only)

Larine® offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first purchase of each product per household.

If you are not satisfied with your first purchase of a specific product, you may request a refund within thirty (30) days of confirmed delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements below.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify:

  • The request must relate to the first purchase of that specific product per household
  • Only one refund per product per household is permitted
  • The request must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

Subsequent purchases of the same product are not eligible for dissatisfaction-based refunds.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within fifteen (15) days of delivery.

Upon verification, Larine® will, at its discretion:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost

Photographic or other documentation may be required for verification.

Please note that refunds will not be issued.


3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:

  • A qualifying first purchase under the 30-day money-back guarantee

4. Used Product Policy

For qualifying first-purchase refunds:

  • The product may be used
  • Eligibility applies only to the first purchase of that product
  • Repeat purchases are not eligible for dissatisfaction-based refunds

Larine® reserves the right to deny refunds or limit future eligibility in cases of excessive, abusive, or fraudulent refund activity.


5. Return Authorization Process

All returns require prior authorization.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team via email at [email protected]
  2. Securely package the item to prevent transit damage
  3. Ship the item to the address provided

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to Larine’s error (damaged or incorrect item). Returns must be trackable.


6. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days
  • Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund

7. Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Purchases outside the scope of the 30-day money-back guarantee
  • Repeat purchases of the same product after a refund has been granted
  • Claims based solely on personal expectations of results
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions
  • Orders placed through discount abuse, fraud, or policy manipulation
  • Chargebacks initiated without first contacting customer support

8. Fraud, Abuse & Chargeback Protection

Larine® reserves the right to:

  • Deny refund requests that violate this policy
  • Permanently revoke refund eligibility in cases of abuse
  • Cancel or refuse future orders associated with refund or chargeback abuse

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting customer support may result in permanent loss of refund eligibility.


9. Policy Enforcement

All refund determinations are made at Larine®’s sole discretion in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

This Refund Policy forms part of and is incorporated into Larine’s Terms of Service.
