How do I join Larine Rewards?
Simply sign up to create your account and start earning rewards!
How can I earn points?
Earn points by signing up, making purchases, and more! Check out the "Earn While You Clean" section for details.
How do I redeem my points?
Log in, visit your dashboard, and select the "Cash In, Level Up" section to redeem your points for rewards.
Where can I see my points balance?
First, log in to your account! Your points balance will be highlighted at the top of the loyalty page, account dashboard or at checkout.
Do my points expire?
Points will expire after one year if there isn't any account activity.
Do my rewards expire?
Rewards will not expire after the rewards are activated in the account.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
When do I get my birthday gift?
On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed is if your birthday is within 1 day from the day you entered it.
I forgot to use my points at Checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made.
