- LarineCo does not provide customs brokerage services or assistance with customs clearance

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking Updates: You can monitor your package's progress through the carrier’s website.

  • Assistance: If your tracking information hasn’t been updated within 7 business days, please contact our support team.

    TRACKING LIMITATIONS: Tracking information is provided as a courtesy and may not always be accurate or up-to-date. LarineCo is not responsible for tracking errors, delayed updates, or carrier tracking system failures. Absence of tracking updates does not indicate package loss or delay.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

IMPORTANT LIABILITY LIMITATION: If you choose to remove Order Protection from your order, LarineCo is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged in transit, delivered to incorrect addresses, or any other shipping-related issues. By declining protection, you assume all risk of loss during shipment. This limitation applies regardless of carrier fault or circumstances.

 

CUSTOMER ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY: Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete shipping addresses. LarineCo is not liable for delivery delays, non-delivery, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses. Address changes after processing may incur additional fees.

  • Delivered but Not Received: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors, your building’s mailroom, or your local post office. If you still don't receive it after 7 business days, please reach out to us. 

  • Lost in Transit: If your package is lost during transit, contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance.
  • Liability: LarineCo is not responsible for stolen packages or incorrect addresses provided at checkout unless Order Protection was purchased.

Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • Modification Window: If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.

  • Processing Limitations: Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes.

Returns & Exchanges

Holiday & High-Demand Periods

  • Extended Shipping Times: During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), shipping times may be extended due to increased order volume.

  • Recommendation: We advise placing orders early to ensure timely delivery during these periods.

FORCE MAJEURE:

LarineCo shall not be liable for any shipping delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, pandemic restrictions, carrier disruptions, or other acts of God. In such cases, delivery times may be extended without liability.
