Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary. This refund policy does not guarantee product effectiveness for any medical condition. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY ACTUAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES DUE TO YOUR USE OR MISUSE OF ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS. IN ANY EVENT, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU WILL BE LIMITED TO THE COST OF THE PURCHASE MADE BY YOU.

All references to “days” in any of our policies refers to calendar days. In the event of any contradictions of terms in any of our policies the Terms of Use will control. 

First-Time Orders: If you're not totally in love with your first order, we will refund you 100% within 30 days of you having received it. Please fill out the contact form; our team will gladly help!

Subsequent Orders: If it's not your first order and you've experienced an issue, please reach out to our customer service team to discuss your concerns and explore available options.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to approve the return and receive our return address. Returns made without approval by us will not be refunded.

  2. Prepare Your Package: Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  3. Shipping: Ship the item to the provided return address. Please note that return shipping costs are not refunded, unless the return  is a result of our fault. .

  4. The order and package must be unused and unopened.

REFUND EXCLUSIONS:

- Refunds will not be provided for claims that products failed to treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, as we make no warranty of any kind to this effect 

- No refunds for allergic reactions or sensitivities 

- No refunds based on individual variation in results or effectiveness

- Products that have been used for medical purposes contrary to their intended cosmetic use

-Products that have not been used in accordance with instructions provided by us

-Products that are misused  

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions (unused, unopened, original packaging). We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that do not meet these conditions or show evidence of use. You will be notified of the status of your refund within 3-5 business days of our receipt.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (Within 15 days of receiving it) so we can reship the correct order promptly.

TIME LIMITATIONS:

- All refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

- Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 15 days of delivery

- No refunds will be processed for claims made beyond these timeframes

- Customers must provide proof of purchase and delivery confirmation
