 Orders are typically processed within one (1) business day after payment confirmation.

 Processing occurs Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

 Once an order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking
information.

Order processing times are estimates and may vary during high-volume periods.

  1. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Time Estimates

All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delivery timelines may be affected by
factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or
service disruptions.

  1. Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection may be offered at checkout to cover loss, damage, or theft during transit.

 If Shipping Protection is declined, Larine® is not responsible for packages that are lost,
stolen, damaged, delayed, or misdelivered once they are in the carrier’s possession.

 By declining Shipping Protection, you assume all risk of loss during shipment, regardless
of carrier fault or circumstances.

  1. International Shipping

We ship to most international destinations unless otherwise stated at checkout.

International Shipping Terms

 Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may be legally imported into their
country.

 Some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit certain oral-care products or ingredients.

 Larine® is not responsible for packages held, delayed, rejected, or seized by customs
authorities.

 We do not provide customs brokerage or assistance with clearance.

Duties and Taxes

 International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees
imposed by their country.

 If an order is returned due to unpaid customs charges, additional shipping fees will apply
to reship the order.

International delivery times vary based on destination, shipping method, and customs processing.

  1. Order Tracking

 Tracking information is provided via email once the order ships.

 Tracking updates are supplied by the carrier and may not always reflect real-time status.

Tracking information is provided as a courtesy. Larine® is not responsible for:

 Delayed tracking updates

 Tracking errors

 Carrier system outages

Lack of tracking updates does not indicate package loss.

  1. Address Accuracy and Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at
checkout.

 Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not
eligible for replacement or refund.

 Address changes must be requested within one (1) hour of placing the order.

 Once processing has begun, orders cannot be modified.

Additional fees may apply for address corrections or reshipments.

  1. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Delivered but Not Received

If a package is marked as delivered but not received:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier

  2. Contact us if the package is not located within seven (7) business days

Lost in Transit

If a package is lost in transit:

 Contact customer support within seven (7) days of the expected delivery date

 Assistance is subject to whether Shipping Protection was purchased

Without Shipping Protection, Larine® is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

  1. Returns and Refunds

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by
reference. Please review that policy before requesting a return.

  1. Holiday and High-Demand Periods

During peak periods (holidays, promotions, or sales events), processing and shipping times may
be extended due to increased order volume.

We recommend placing orders early during these periods to avoid delays.

  1. Force Majeure

Larine® is not liable for shipping delays, delivery failures, or losses caused by events beyond our
reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, labor
disruptions, government actions, pandemics, carrier interruptions, or other force majeure events.

Delivery timelines may be extended without obligation to provide refunds or replacements.
